About The Staff

Michael George B.A., History/Secondary Education, Salisbury University. A licensed teacher, has teaching experience in America and Ghana. Worked as a camp counselor for several summers at various basketball camps. Coached middle school basketball. Is pursuing a career in education with at-risk youth in inner-city Philadelphia.

Erin Okun B.A., Psychology, Salisbury University. Has traveled in Ghana, Ecuador, and Korea. Is currently teaching English at a private language institute in South Korea. Has experience as a mentor, victim's advocate, and plans to pursue a graduate degree in counseling families and at-risk youth. Enjoys reading, traveling, cooking, music and dance, and the outdoors.

Ken Aboagye Educated and certified in both Theology and Teaching, Mr. Aboagye founded Wisdom Academy International School in Kitase, Ghana, to achieve his vision of offering quality education to village children. The site for Project Wisdom's village stay, the school began with just 5 children and has since grown to over 300 children, due in large part to his great passion for education and children.

Mischa Jemionek B.S., Athletic Training, Salisbury University. Certified Athletic Trainer, licensed Emergency Medical Technician, and CPR/AED/First Aid certified for the Professional Rescuer. Is currently pursuing M.A. in Education from Villanova University. Has traveled to Ghana and Dominican Republic. Has worked for several years as camp counselor and tutor.

Miles Macleod B.A., English/Secondary Education, Salisbury University. Has teaching experience in America, Ghana, and Korea, ages 10-18. Worked as a camp counselor for several summers at YMCA camps and various basketball camps. Served as a teacher, mentor, and tutor for the past three years.
