GWF Partner Schools At the heart of GWF, influencing every aspect of our foundation, lies our Partner Schools. GWF Partner Schools are not only institutions of education, they are models for progressive change and positive influence in their respective communities. GWF is honored to work with them. Each Partner School has been carefully selected by GWF. Upon selection schools must undergo an extensive application process. GWF strives to create personal and lasting relationship with each school, including the directors, managing partners (in many cases NGO's), and, of course, the students. These processes ensure that each school meets a certain level of dedication, integrity, and need. The end result is a mutually beneficial relationship that is built upon the foundations of respect, cooperation, and transparency. |

Wisdom Academy As the source for GWF's vision, the choice of making Wisdom Academy our first Partner School, was an easy one. In fact, our histories are practically linked together. Center For Youth Empowerment (CYE) Elementary and Junior High School A partner since the Summer of 2007, CYE was created to help fill the void upon the departure of UNICEF from the Liberian Refugee Camp in 2000. Since then, CYE has performed miracles for the young displaced population of Liberia. Despite leaving Ghana in 2008 (by mandate of the government) GWF remains with CYE as it tries to once again build its foundation from the ground up, this time in Liberia.
